A 3 year overview of WIP & debt days, fees & recoveries - vital to understand your good/bad clients.
This homepage gives an overview of key performance indicators (KPI’s). We need to look at several factors, as revenue is not always the best indicator.
Rolling History will allow you to select specific dates, to show the comparison of fees, write-offs, Wip and debtor days, client by client for each of three years, you will see some interesting trends!
The results can then be previewed on screen, or exported to Excel for further analysis.
